DIRECTOR OF CHICO CHRISTIAN PRESCHOOL AND INFANT CENTER
Chico Christian Preschool and Infant Center is located on a campus that has been part of many meaningful moments in my life. I was baptized in the creek here and later married my husband on the campus’s island, making it especially meaningful to now serve as the school’s Director.
My passion for Christian early childhood education began while teaching at a faith-based preschool in San Diego. That experience inspired me to earn my degree in Early Childhood Studies from California Baptist University, where I received an award for Theological Bible Curriculum Integration.
As Director, I am passionate about creating a Christ-centered environment where every child feels known, loved, and supported in every area of their development. My husband and I now have the joy of watching our own children grow on this special campus, with one attending the Infant Center and the other enrolled in the preschool program.

I grew up in Oroville and moved to Chico in my early twenties. Over the years, Chico has truly become home. I have been blessed to serve at Chico Christian Preschool and Infant Center for nearly a decade, and I genuinely love being part of this special community.
It is a joy to spend each day supporting children as they learn, grow, and develop. I am especially grateful to serve in a Christ-centered environment alongside others who love Jesus and share a passion for caring for children and supporting families. I value the relationships we build with our students and families and feel blessed to watch children grow in their confidence, faith, and love of learning.
I am also the very proud mother of an amazing son who attended Chico Christian Preschool when he was young. His experience here meant so much to him that he later returned to serve as a counselor for our school-age summer camp. It has been a wonderful blessing for our family to remain connected to a school that has played such a meaningful role in both of our lives.
